Kasong inciting to sedition vs Trillanes inaprubahan ng Pasay prosecutor

INIREKOMENDA ng Pasay City Prosecutor’s Office ang paghahain ng kasong inciting to sedition laban kay Sen. Antonio Trillanes IV.

Nag-ugat ang kaso laban kay Trillanes sa kanyang privilege speech, kung saan nanawagan siya sa militar na gamitin ang M60 machine gun laban kay Pangulong Duterte.

Ito’y may kaugnayan sa pagbatikos ni Trillanes sa umano’y tagong yaman ni Trillanes.
