NAKATAKDANG ilipat si dating Customs chief Nicanor Faeldon sa Pasay City Jail matapos na bumoto ang lahat ng senador na tanggalin na ito mula sa pagkakadetine sa Senado.
Inihayag ni Sen. Richard Gordon ang naging desisyon matapos ang isinagawang caucus ng mga senador.
Nakakulong si Faeldon sa Senado simula pa noong Setyembre noong isang taon matapos ang patuloy na pagtangging humarap sa pagdinig ng Senate blue ribbon committee kaugnay ng P6.4 bilyong shabu mula sa China na nakalusot sa Bureau of Customs.
