Bukod sa gagawing teleserye sa pagpasok ng 2018 with her ka-loveteam na si Ruru Madrid, ang Sherlock Jr., ipinagkatiwala rin sa kanya ng Kapuso Network ang bagong internet show na mapapanood sa GMA Online Exclusives.
“I’m just really thankful for what happened to me this 2017. I’ve been really blessed. I’ve learned a lot this 2017. I’ve done so much for me, for my family, and sa mga taong patuloy na sumusuporta sa akin,” pahayag ng dalaga nang makapanayam ng entertainment media sa presscon ng GMA Online Exclusives.
Sey pa ni Gabbi, may dalawang bagay siyang inaasama sa pagpasok ng 2018, “To be successful and to be genuinely happy. Nothing specific (wish), just really sustainability for my career in 2018.”
Makakasama ni Gabbi sa GMA ONE Online Exclusives sina Atom Araullo at Joseph Morong, at sabi nga ng dalaga, sa maikling panahon ng pagsasama-sama nila ay marami na siyang natutunan, lalo na mula sa GMA News and Public Affairs team.
Si Gabbi ang magiging host ng lifestyle show na #Goals, habang si Atom naman ang makaka-bonding ng netizens sa Adulting at si Joseph Morong naman sa Fact Or Fake.
“It feels good kasi I’m allowed to be versatile, and I’m enjoying this kasi ang dami ko pong natututunan from Kuya Atom and Sir Joseph. Throughout the process as we tape our episodes, it’s a learning process also for me. I’m just so happy that they gave me the privilege to roam around those different genres,” ani Gabbi.
Get inspired by Gabbi’s videos as she shares her personal objectives in #Goals. This will definitely tickle the fancy of the kikays out there. “We’re in a new age now where millennials appreciate digital content, they’re really into social media,” says Gabbi.
“The show is very relatable to the youth because in #Goals, we will talk about makeup tutorials, new trends, how a typical teenager lives her life”.
Handa na rin ba siyang maging news anchor one day? “Opo, why not? Nag-e-enjoy po ako, and lately they’ve been trying to guest me sa Chika Minute in one segment, then tomorrow I’ll do another one.
“Slowly, sana I could explore my side sa news naman. I was really lucky that I have the privilege na not anybody could get, to explore and learn more about news,” dagdag pa ni Gabbi na busy din sa pagpo-promote ng kanyang digital album under GMA Records. Sa ngayon, talagang time management ang kinakarir ni Gabbi dahil bukod sa pagtatrabaho ay tuloy pa rin ang kanyang pag-aaral, “Right now, I’m slowly trying po, balance sa work, balance sa friends and family, nag-i-school din po ako ngayon. Parang I’m slowly learning how to balance yung music, acting. Sana lang ma-sustain ko po yun kasi, for me, balance is really important.”
Pero pag-amin niya, “Minsan nawawalan ako ng time sa sarili ko, kaya sana ma-balance ko talaga lahat.”

Personally, mas excited kami sa Fact Or Fake ni Joseh Morong dahil ito ang pinakakontrobersyal sa tatlong show. Dito ituturo sa mga netizens kung paano nga ba malalaman kung ang isang balita online ay totoo o peke.
“Fact Or Fake goes back to one of the tenets of journalism which is fact-checking. In the program, we’re going to define what fake news is as opposed to mistakes, misinformation, and disinformation.
“Bottom line is, we want to emphasize that in our society where there’s an overflow of information, it is important to be discerning,” paliwanag ng Kapuso news anchor.
