ALL’s set as Kris Aquino’s “point of reentry” via her Trip Ni Kris takes off tomorrow.
Yes, at least three different versions ng plug nito ang umeere na sa GMA, with advance teaser ng Easter Sunday episode nito.
Sa tanong kung may kasunod na ba ang kasado na for airing na ikalawang episode nito, we can only hope that it’s in the works. Pero siyempre, from a producer’s point of view, we would like to see how the initial telecast would fare as far as ratings are concerned.
Looking at Kris do what she does best (hosting) ay halatang walang mapagsidlan ang kanyang excitement. Very evident ‘yon with the way she dressed (mas predominant na ang kulay pink in most of her outfits. Goodbye, yellow?).
Mataas pa rin ang kanyang energy level, halatang naipon ‘yon sa mahabang panahon ng kanyang lull na itinodo niya.
What caught our fancy ay ‘yung isang teaser kung saan nasa gitna siya ng isang hanging bridge. We could just imagine kung gaano katagal kinunan ang sasaglit lang namang eksenang ‘yon knowing may pagka-quirky si Kris.
Pero totoo ngang walang hindi susuungin si Kris magkaroon lang uli ng puwang sa TV. So, expect a “new, improved” Kris Aquino in her return bid na parang detergent bar lang ang peg.
Here’s hoping na masundan nga ang ikalawang pagtatangka ng TNT, and let the viewers’ clamor be the judge itself.
Instead of (desperately?) looking for Mr. Right, mas mabuting i-focus muna niya ang kanyang isip on getting back her throne.
Recently, nag-post si Kris sa kanyang Instagram account tungkol sa isang bagong project na gagawin niya. She said, “I agreed to a Non Disclosure Agreement so I need to stay absolutely. BUT, there were so many doors that closed, and a lot of things really didn’t go my way in my career.
“Tonight I received unbelievably inspiring, encouraging, faith affirming GOOD NEWS. And I know it happened because those closest to me supported me, helped me, guided me, and prayed with & for me…!”
