NANAWAGAN si Miss Universe 2015 Pia Wurtzbach sa lahat ng mga Filipino na tigilan na ang pagpapakalat na mga negatibong komento o mensahe tungkol sa ibang kandidata ng Miss Universe 2016.
Nabasa ng dalaga ang ilang below the belt comments ng ilang mga followers niya sa social media about the other Miss U candidates. Sey ni Pia, hindi raw maganda ang magiging impact nito sa Pinay bet nating si Maxine Medina.
“Wag po sana tayong mambash ng mga candidates dahil magrereflect po yan sa impression nila satin. Lahat po tayo representative ng Pilipinas,” sey ni Pia sa kanyang Instagram post.
Sa kanyang Facebook live video kamakailan, sinabi ng dalaga na confident siya na magsa-shine nang bonggang-bongga si Miss Universe-Philippines 2016 Maxene Medina sa grand coronation night, “I think she’ll do very well at Miss Universe. She has always been a strong contender.
“I cant wait to see her performance for the final night. And she has the whole country backing her up, so she should be fine,” dagdag pa ng reigning Miss Universe.
Naging emosyonal naman si Pia nang tanungin kung ano ang mami-miss niya bilang Miss Universe, “I’m gonna miss the apartment. You know what? It’s so silly…I took photos inside my room last night because I realized I don’t have photos in my room.
“I only had photos in the living room or the receiving area by the door,” aniya pa.
Dugtong pa ng dalaga, “I’m very lucky that I still have a lot of work lined up after Miss Universe. In fact my February (schedule) is booked, the whole month. The work continues on.”
