Duterte hihingi ng awa kay Widodo

IAAPELA ni Pangulong Duterte kay Indonesian President Joko Widodo ang buhay ng Pinay na si Mary Jane Veloso na nasa death row dahil sa kasong drug trafficking.
“I may just have to ask Widodo in a most respectful and in a very, very courteous way,” anya sa press conference bago lumipad patungong Asean Summit sa Laos.
“And if my pleadings will fall on deaf ears, I am ready to accept it for the simple reason that I do not doubt the judicial system of Indonesia. I have been there once upon a time and was able to observe how it works,” pahayag pa ni Duterte.
“I might just accept the system and plea for mercy,” dagdag pa nito. — Inquirer
