Angelina Tan na makulong ng hanggang anim na buwan at magmulta ng P1,000 ang mga lalabag sa kanyang panukala.      “One major source of noise among residential areas in the country is cause by the use of videoke/karaoke systems. Everywhere in the Philippines, many local residents o group are accustomed in utilizing public streets. Roads sides to gain wider area for a private activity or functions, often making use of videoke/karaoke system, amplified audio devices,” ani Tan sa House bill 1035.      Sa panukala ni Tan maaari lamang mag-videoke mula alas-8 ng umaga hanggang 10 ng gabi.      Ang mga paulit-ulit na lalabag ay maaari ring alisan ng business permit.       Kung isang kompanya ang lumabag, ang mananagot ay ang pangulo o general manager o ang pinakamataas na opisyal nito.      “The making or creation of excessive, unnecessary or unusually loud sound from videoke/karaoke systems or other amplified audio devices beyond limits and at unacceptable level during unholy hours causes serious discomfort and has created numerous complaints and public condemnation as they are detrimental to public health, comfort, convenience, safety, welfare and prosperity of the general public.”      Nauna ng sinabi ni Pangulong Duterte na nais niyang magkaroon ng ban sa videoke mula alas-10 ng gabi katulad ng ipinatutupad sa Davao City kung saan siya nagsilbi bilang alkalde ng mahabang panahon.
