HDO vs Binay, anak na si JunJun ipinalabas

Nagpalabas ng hold departure order ang Sandiganbayan Third Division laban kay dating Vice President Jejomar Binay, kanyang anak na si dating Makati Mayor Junjun Binay at iba pa kaugnay ng mga kinakaharap nilang kaso.
Inutusan ng korte ang Bureau of Immigration na huwag payagan na lumabas ng bansa si Binay at mga kapwa niya akusado ng walang pahintulot mula sa kanila.
“This Court, in the exercise of its inherent power to use all means necessary to carry its orders into effect, more specifically, to preserve and maintain the effectiveness of its jurisdiction over the case/s and the person/s of the accused so as to render accused at all times amenable to its writs and processes hereby orders the BI to hold the departure from the Philippines of the above need accused,” saad ng utos.
Pirmado ni Presiding Justice Amparo Cabotage-Tang ang utos.
Saklaw ng HDO sina Marjorie de Veyra, Pio Kenneth Dasal, Lorenza Amores, Virginia Hernandez, Mario Badillo, Leonila Querijero, Raydes Pestaño, Nelia Barlis, Cecilio Lim III, Orlando Mateo.
Maaaring maghain ng mosyon si Binay at mga kapwa akusado nito sa korte kung nais niyang umalis ng bansa.
Ang kaso ay kaugnay ng maanomalya umano sa pagpapatayo ng P2.2 bilyong Makati City Hall Parking Building na inimbestigahan din ng Senado.
Bukod sa overpriced umano ang pagpapatayo ng gusali ay hindi rin ito dumaan sa tamang proseso at minanipula ang bidding.
