Nauna ng naglagak ng piyansa sina Raul Petrasanta, Eduardo Acieto, Lenbell Fabia, Sonia Calixto, Nelson Bautista at Ricardo Zapata Jr. “After judicious scrutiny and evaluation of the Information and resolution of the prosecutor, the evidence in support thereof and the records of the preliminary investigation attached thereto, the Court finds that sufficient grounds exist for the finding of a probable cause and for the issuance of a warrant of arrest against all the accused charge in the instant case.” “Furthermore, considering that the grounds relied upon by the accused in their motions are matter of defense, the same are best raised and threshed out during trial,” saad ng resolusyon ng korte.
