IPINAGTANGGOL ng Palasyo ang pagbaba ng net satisfaction rating ni Pangulong Aquino sa unang bahagi ng taon sa pagsasabing nanatili pa rin itong mataas sa kabila na ilang buwan na lamang at magtatapos na ang kanyang termino.
Sinabi ni Presidential Communications Operations Office (PCOO) head Secretary Herminio “Sonny” Coloma na lubos na nagpapasalamat pa rin si Aquino sa patuloy na pagtitiwala ng publiko sa liderato ni Aquino sa kabila na nakapagtala lamang siya ng +27, mas mababa kumpara noong Disyembre 2015 kung saan nakakuha siya ng +32.
“Overall rating (+27) still high for a President who is completing the last semester of his term. President Aquino has always worked for the welfare and well being of our Bosses — regardless of survey ratings,” sabi ni Coloma.
Hindi naman nagkomento ang Palasyo matapos na zero ang nakuhang net satisfaction rating ni Aquino sa Metro Manila, matapos namang makakuha ng 43 porsiyento na satisfied, 44 dissatisfied at 13 undecided.
“We believe in the fairness and vision of our people who will certainly opt for continuity of good governance and attainment of inclusive growth when they cast their votes next month,” dagdag ni Coloma.
