Madonna dapat kasuhan sa paggamit ng Bandera ng Pinas sa ‘Rebel Heart’ concert

MADONNA left the country after a successful two-night concert. It was not without controversy, but of course, she being the most controversial Pop Queen. May isang sector pala ang umangal nang ginawa niyang props ang Philippine flag when she draped our flag during her concert.

It was, as one website pointed, “a violation of Section 34 of Republic Act 8491, which prohibits the wearing of the flag in whole or in part as a costume or uniform.” Many find Madonna’s act really insulting as one said, “hinde nman talaga kailangan isali sali ang FLAG ng bansa mo lalo na walang kwentang gawain mo. maliban lng kung ito ay ginawa mo para sa PARANGALAN NG BANSA MO..DISRESPECTFUL talaga yan sa bansa mo.”

Another echoed the same view and said, “Kawawa naman ang bansang Pilipinas, lugmok na nga, di pa nirespeto. Kahit sa bandila lang naman sana ipakita natin ang respeto, kaya lang dahil sa sikat ang may suot. Hahayaan nalang natin.”

“I just wonder bakit kailangan gamitin sa concert. para sa akin precious at di dapat hinahayaan na gamitin na parang props,” wailed another guy. “Arte nyo! Di naman binastos eh! Ang aarte nyo! E kapag nga boksingero ganyan din gnagawa ah! Iwinawagayway ! Meaning proud at gusto nya pinag-coconcertan nya yun Lang yun! Masyado na kayo! OA na yang ganyan!” depensa naman ng isang maka-Madonna.

We think that dapat alam ng concert producer ang gagawin ni Madonna para naiwasan ang ganitong kontrobersiya. Paano pa siya mahahabol ngayon sa kanyang ginawa sa ating flag? Anyway, there’s another interesting news about the Madonna concert.

Our very own Kris Aquino pala ay dapat kasama sa show ni Madonna kaya lang she begged off. She was offered by the producer a spot with Madonna while she sings her song “Unapologetic Bitch.” On her Instagram post, Kris said she refused the offer because of some reasons.

“I so wanted to watch pero nahiya ako — I’m not fun, I can’t dance. And the gracious invitation from her producers to invite me up on stage to be her b*tch for the night scared me — because I knew mapapahiya lang ako for having no beat, no cool vibe and two left feet,” said Kris.
