Walang plano ang vice presidential bet ng Liberal Party na si Leni Robredo na maghanap ng makaka-Valentines.
Sinabi ni Robredo na mahihirapan siyang palitan ang namayapang mister na si dating Interior and Local Government Sec. Jesse Robredo dahil hindi siya nito binigyan ng sakit ng ulo.
“Sa 25 taon kaming magkasama, hindi ako binigyan ng sakit ng ulo ng asawa ko. Baka naman pag maghanap pa ako ng love life, bigyan lang ako ng sakit ng ulo kaya di bale na lang,” ani Robredo na running mate ni Mar Roxas.
Naalala ni Robrero ang pagbibigay ng natirang bulaklak sa kanya ng mister.
“No matter how busy he was, he really makes time to buy and give flowers to his employees. Those flowers not taken were given to me,” dagdag pa ng kongresista.
Namatay si Robrero ng bumagsak ang sinasakyan nitong eruplano sa Masbate noong Agosto 2012. Siya ay naging mayor ng Naga City bago itinalagang kalihim ng DILG.
Nangampanya si Robredo sa Bicol at doon umapela na iboto rin si Roxas at ang kanilang mga senatorial candidates.
“I have always said that if you will help me but won’t help my President, I won’t be able to go on full speed with my job [as Vice President] because my job will depend on what the President will ask me to do. That is how important your help is for myself and Secretary Mar,” ani Robredo.
