Kumalas na sa kampo ng presidential aspirant na si Mar Roxas si House committee on appropriations chairman at Davao City Rep. Isidro Ungab.
Ayon sa isang source, si Ungab ay lumipat kay Davao City Mayor Rodrigo Duterte, bagamat hindi pa naglalabas ng desisyon ang Commission on Elections kung makatatabo ito.
Siya ay miyembro ng Liberal Party na pinamumunuan ni Roxas.
Lumipat si Ungab matapos na magpahayag ng suporta kay Duterte ang ilan pang lider ng Davao province gaya ni Davao del Norte Gov. Rodolfo del Rosario at Davao City Rep. Karlo Alexie Nograles.
Noong Nobyembre 27 ay naghain si Duterte ng kanyang certificate of candidacy bilang kapalit ni Martin Dino, ng PDP-Laban.
