David naghain ng mosyon sa DQ ni Poe

Naghain ng motion for reconsideration si Atty. Rizalito David sa Senate Electoral Tribunal kaugnay ng pagbasura sa disqualification case na isinampa nito laban kay Sen. Grace Poe.
Umaasa si David na magbabago pa ang desisyon ng SET lalo at dikit ang resulta ng botohan nito.
“Petitioner moves for reconsideration of the legally inform decision pursuant to the Rule 84, Revised Rules of the Senate Electoral Tribunal,” saad ng mosyon. “A decision of the Tribunal shall become final ten days after receipt of a copy thereof by the parties or their counsel, if no motion for reconsideration is filed.”
Ibinasura ng SET ang kasong inihain ni David sa botong 5-4.
Ayon kay David hindi kuwalipikadong maging senador si Poe dahil hindi siya natural born Filipino.
Bumoto pabor sa pagbasura ng disqualification case sina Sen. Pia Cayetano, Sen. Bam Aquino, Sen. Cynthia Villar, Sen. Tito Sotto at Sen. Loren Legarda.
Pabor naman sa pagdiskuwalipika kay Poe sina Associate Justices Antonio Carpio, Teresita Leonardo-de Castro, at Arturo Brion, at Sen. Nancy Binay.
Ang ama ni Binay na si Vice President Jejomar Binay ay makakalaban ni Poe sa 2016 presidential race.
