NAG-REACT si Tito Sotto sa isyung pinag-a-apologize silang dalawa ni Joey de Leon ni Gov. Mujiv Hataman ng Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (ARMM) dahil sa nainsulto raw ang mga Muslim sa pagsusuot nila ng thobe sa Halloween Special ng Eat Bulaga last weekend.
Una hindi raw Muslim outfit ang isinuot nila ni Joey kundi Arab costume. “Sheik SHAWAF of Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, gave me that costume. He likes it everytime I get a chance to wear it.
I wear it to honor him,” say ni Tito sa kanyang Instagram account. May isang follower naman ang senador na nagtanong kung nanalo ba siya sa Halloween costume contest ng Eat Bulaga, his reply was, “Hindi ako nanalo.
Hindi daw costume yun suot ko…Uniform daw! Wala talagang pag-asa, hahaha!” Hindi rin daw totoong ang Muslim community ang nagrereklamo sa naging costume nila Joey.
Mukhang deadma naman si Joey dahil wala siyang reaction until we write this. Usually, sa Twitter pa lang ay magkakakatsang na si Joey to parry off intrigues but surprisingly, tila wala siyang paki sa isyung kanyang kinasangkutan lately.

One guy came to the defense of Joey and Tito and said, “Lagi atang ito ang halloween costume ni tito sen eh. Bakit ngayon lang andaming nag iinarteng magcomment? Grabe lahat na talaga ng mata nakatutok sa EB! kahit mga bagay na di na dpat pinapansin eh biglang big deal! Hanap butas pa more!!!!”
“This thobe is just a regular all day office wear and everyday wear for arabs here in mideast. They are even selling this outfit to non muslims in the market. When you go for a desert safari tour, they will take you all to a camp with grilled food and belly dancing.
“Part of the package you paid for is also to be able to try and wear this type of clothes for picture taking purposes. I don’t see anything wrong if it was worn by EB hosts in the Phil.
Its halloween and it was just used as a costume like the other ones. Chill!” say naman ng isang EB fan.
