KINUMPIRMA kahapon ni Justice Secretary Leila De Lima na na-ideport na ang kontrobersiyal na Chinese fugitive na si Wang Bo.
Sinabi ni De Lima umalis ang eroplano ni Wang ganap na alas-8:43 ng umaga papuntang Guangzhou, China.
Ipinatupad ang summary deportation order (SDO) ni Wang isang araw matapos ibasura ni De Lima ang apela ni Wang na ipatigil ang kanyang deportation.
Nauna nang sinabi ng National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) na walang ebidensiya para mapatunayang sinuhulan ni Wang ang mga opisyal ng immigration, si De Lima at ilang mga mambabatas.
“Wang has been amply heard in the deportation and appeal proceedings thru his pleadings with the BI, the Court of Appeals, and his present motion for reconsideration,” sabi ng resolusyon ng DOJ.
