Jinggoy gustong pumunta sa bday ng ina
Naghain ng mosyon si Sen. Jinggoy Estrada upang makalabas ng kulungan para nakadalo sa ika-85 kaarawan ng kanyang inang si dating Sen. Loi Ejercito.
Sa mosyong inihain sa Sandiganbayan Fifth Division, hiniling ni Estrada na makalabas ng kanyang kulungan mula alas-8 ng gabi sa Hunyo 2 hanggang 1 ng umaga ng Hunyo 3.
Gagawin ang selebrasyon sa Blue Leaf, Filipinas Asiana City sa Paranaque City.
Si Estrada ay nakakulong sa Custodial Center ng Philippine National Police sa Quezon City.
“The mother of the accused Sen. JInggoy Estrada informed the undersigned that having reached the age of 85 years old and with her family whole and together she would like to give thanks to her Maker and to those who have been part of her life by having a dinner-celebration on June 2, 2015 together with family and friends,” saad ng mosyon.
