“Following contentious remarks made by Kosin Prasertsri on social media, Cognizant Technology Solutions Philippines, Inc. has taken disciplinary action against him and terminated his services with effect from May 4, 2015. He has been turned over to the Bureau of Immigration,” Cognizant Technology Solutions Inc. posted on its official Facebook account on Wednesday.

Ayon sa kompanya ay nakikipagtulungan sila ngayon sa Bureau of Immigration, Embassy of Thailand, Philippine Economic Zone Authority (Peza) at Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) para sa kaso ni Kosin.

“We take this opportunity to reiterate our commitment to the highest standards of diversity, inclusivity, transparency, and corporate governance,” ayon sa ipinalabas na kalatas ng business process outsourcing company.
