Pampasaherong bus huli sa aktong nagpapalabas ng bastos na pelikula

THE MTRCB last Monday, inspected buses and conducted mini-Matalinong Panonood briefings among passengers, conductors and bus drivers for compliance with MTRCB rules – particularly, that public vehicles can only show G and PG content.

Present sa nasabing briefing sina Board Members Gladys Reyes, Bobby Andrews, Cecilia Nubla, Pat Binungcal and Jay Revisitirm with Chairperson Atty. Eugenio Villareal.

The MTRCB team caught an R Volante bus bound for Naga for possession and showing an alleged pornographic DVD depicting young Filipina women as sex objects, especially to foreigners.

The MTRCB shall subject the bus operator, driver and conductor, and such other responsible officers anm employees to adiminstrative proceedings which may lead to fines and remedial measures, such as mandatory audience – sensitivity seminars and other interventions, particularly for the protection of women in media and entertainment.

This may also lead to criminal prosecution, with penalties pegged at three months and 1 day to one year imprisonment and fine from P50,000 to P100,000, as well as the cancellation of the bus operator’s franchise with the LTFRB.

The MTRCB is also referring the video material for appropriate action to the Inter-Agency Council Against Trafficking c/o the DOJ pursuant to its recently signed memorandum of agreement with the said council, as well as the Philippines Commission on Women.

Nakakaloka ang bus na iyon. Hindi lang naman first time na nangyari ito sa public vehicles, eh. Matagal na iyan pero nakakalusot sila madalas. Pero malas nila at nataymingan sila ng grupo ng MTRCB sa pamumuno ng napakasipag na si Atty. Villareal.

Mga hayop, di ba?  Patawarin tayo ni Lord dahil Semana Santa nga pero nakakagigil ang mga bus drivers and conductors na ito. Ni hindi man lang sila kinilabutan sa mga pinaggagawa nila.

Kaya naglipana ang rape cases sa bansa dahil hindi na nila iginalang ang kasagraduhan ng sex. Ginawa na lang nila itong ordinary thing.

Kung hindi pala sila nahuli ng grupo ng MTRCB ay hindi man lang sila nabahala? Meaning, patuloy pa rin nila itong gagawin.
Naku huwag silang magkamali dahil napakaraming matitinik na deputy members ang MTRCB ngayon – mga matatapang kaya hindi talaga sila makakaligtas pag lumabag pa rin sila sa panuntunan ng mga ito.
