Valedictorian sumagot na sa alegasyon ng HS salutatorian

SUMAGOT na ang valedictorian ng isang Quezon City catholic school sa alegasyon ng high school salutatorian kung saan nanindigan itong karapat-dapat siyang tanghaling nangunguna sa kanilang batch.
Sa isang panayam sa telebisyon, sinabi ng valedictorian ng Sto. Niño Parochial School (SNPS) na dapat na lamang tanggapin ng salutatorian na si Krisel Mallari na hindi siya ang itinanghal na pinakamagaling sa mga nagtapos ng high school sa paaralan.
Ito’y matapos maging viral ang video kung saan pinahinto si Mallari habang nagtatalumpati matapos batikusin ang sistema ng paaralan.
Sinabi naman ng valedictorian na hindi na pinangalanan, na nabahiran ang reputasyon ng paaralan dahil sa naging pahayag ni Mallari.
“Krisel, I wish that you learn to accept that some things are not meant for you. You should not tarnish the reputation of the school. Many were hurt (by your allegations),” sabi ng valedictorian.
Itinanggi rin ng valedictorian na may nangyaring dayaan sa pagsasabing handa niyang ipa-compute muli ang kanilang grado para matapos na ang isyu.
Itinanggi rin niya na sinuhulan niya ang paaralan para siya ang maging valedictorian.
“The school did nothing wrong. The allegation that our family bribed the school so that I can be the valedictorian is not true. We are not that rich to do that,” ayon pa sa valedictorian.
Nagsasagawa na rin ng imbestigasyon ang Department of Education (DepEd) kaugnay ng insidente.
