IBINIGAY na sa Philippine National Police (PNP) ang baril ni Cavite Vice Governor Jolo Revilla na umano’y “aksidenteng” nakabaril sa anak ni Sen. Ramon “Bong” Revilla,Jr.
Sinabi ng tagapagsalita ng mga Revilla na si Atty. Raymond Fortun na ibinigay niya ang .40 Glock pistol kay Senior Superintendent Allan Nobleza, officer in charge (OIC) ng Muntinlupa Police ganap na las-1:30 ng hapon ngayong Miyerkules.
May serial number ang baril na AABS154 at nakarehistro sa Firearms and Explosives Office na may expiration date na March 31, 2015.
Nagpulong sina Fortun at Nobleza sa Asian Hospital and Medical Center kung saan ginagamot si Jolo matapos na umano’y mabaril ang sarili noong Sabado ng umaga.
Nauna nang bumuo ang PNP ng task group para imbestigahan ang insidente.
