Irereklamo ko po sana ang mabagal serbisyo ng PhilHealth. You have published on July 11, 2014 that Philhealth has already signed the cheque. I just want to know where will the cheque be coming from? Manila or Zamboanga City? Because until now, I have not receive any notice from PhilHealth about the cheque. Thank you so much. God bless and more power!

As per our previous email, your claim adjustment was paid last 7/9/2014, and it will be mailed within 2 days.
Please be informed that as per database verification your check was mailed last 7/11/14 with registry number K-10259.
The check was issued by our PhilHealth Regional Office -IX Zamboanga City.
If you haven’t received your check until now, may we advise to coordinate directly with your local post office and provide the above mentioned registry number for tracking.
