Ika-2 ‘impeach’ vs Aquino isinampa
INIHAIN kahapon ng iba’t ibang grupo ng kabataan ang ikalawang impeachment complaint laban kay Pangulong Aquino.
Gaya ng naunang reklamo, ang inihain ng mga grupo sa pangunguna ng Youth Act Now ay batay sa deklarasyon ng Korte Suprema na unconstitutional ang Disbursement Acceleration Program fund.
Ang 23-pahinang reklamo ay inendorso ni Kabataan Rep. Terry Ridon, kabilang sa Makabayan bloc. “Since Aquino has shown a clear lack of delicadeza, wisdom and humility to resign from office over his culpable violation of the Constitution, betrayal of public trust and graft and corruption, the concerned citizens led by youth and student organizations come to Congress to avail themselves of thr constitutional process of impeachment to hold him accountable,” saad ng reklamo.
