Sa pahayag na ipinadala  sa Inquirer ng abogado ni Vina, na si Ariel  Radovan sinabi nito na: “news tidbits with reference to the infliction of physical violence at any given time to her person by Mr. Lee is purely fictional, conjectural and speculative.”

“Morales has already exercised her rights through our firm by instituting legal recourse which is of public knowledge and record,” ani Radovan.

“We appeal to everyone to spare our client, especially the young Ceana, from negative, undue and unjust publicity they don’t deserve.”

“The Navarro-Lee affair is beyond Morales. Let us endeavor to give her peace,” dagdag pa ng abogado.
