‘Crazy Rich Asians’ ng Warner Bros nanguna sa takilya sa US
NANGUNA ang Hollywod movie na “Crazy Rich Asians” sa North American box-office nitong nakaraang weekend.
Kumita ang movie adaptation ng best-selling novel ni Kevin Kwan mula sa Warner Bros. ng $34 million mula nang ipalabas ito noong Miyerkules, ito’y ayon na rin sa box-office tracker Exhibitor Relations.
Pinagbibidahan ito ng veteran actress Michelle Yeoh, British-Malaysian former BBC host Henry Golding and American sitcom star Constance Wu.
Mapapanood din sa pelikula ang special appearance ni Kris Aquino na gumaganap bilang isang napakayamang Malay Princess. Pero kahit maikli lang ang kanyang exposure, very proud pa rin si Kris na nakasali siya sa pelikula.
Ang “Crazy Rich Asians” ang kauna-unahang Hollywood movie with mainly Asian cast in a generation.
