KINONTRA ng Palasyo ang pahayag ni Communist Party of the Philippines (CPP) founding chairman Jose Maria Sison na na-coma si Pangulong Duterte.
Kapwa itinanggi nina Special Assistant to the President (SAP) Christopher “Bong” Go at Chief Presidential Legal Counsel Salvador Panelo ang sinabi mo Sison.
“Nasa kama lang nag-rest, kausap ko pa 2am kaninang madaling araw si PRRD. Baka nanaginip lang si Joma, then napalitan lang ni Joma ng letter C ang pangalan nya. Siya pala yun,” sabi ni Go.
Sinabi naman Panelo na malusog na malusog si Duterte, taliwas sa alegasyon ni Sison.
“Absolutely false. Perhaps that is the wish of Joma Sison hence when he is fed with the wrong information on PRRD’s health he easily believes in it. Unlike Joma Sison the President is in robust health. I wish him good health that he may live long enough to see the dawn of peace that has remained elusive between the communist insurgents and the Armed Forces,” ayon kay Panelo.
Sa pahayag ni Sison, kapansin-pansin umano ang pangingitim ng mukha ni Duterte, hindi ito makalakad ng maayos at nanginginig ang kamay noong Sabado matapos dumalo sa pagpupulong ng San Beda Law fraternity Lex Talionis sa Davao City noong Sabado ng gabi.
Ayon pa kay Sison kahapon ng hapon o gabi na-coma si Duterte.
