NAGKASAKIT ako feb.2017, naadvance ko naman na ito sa company, pero nung dumating yung approval, nabawasan na ang days kaya magbabalik pa ako sa company.
Bakit po nabago pa ang days na naapprove na?kung tutuusin may confirmation na na galing from sss kaya ako naka advance..dapat ko po bang bayaran o ibalik.

A lot of things to consider when it comes to leave application or availment like the number of years in work, nature of work and other information about the establishment/company where the concerned person is connected with.
When talking about leave benefits -it could be voluntary or statutory or mandated benefits like the 5-day service incentive leave; as to Voluntary leave benefits, company policy would be the basis on how to avail and what is the limitation.
Actually, what I know , read and to quote that the “legally required leave are the service incentive leave, paternity leave by Republic Act 8187, approved on June 11, 1996, and maternity leave benefits by the SSS law.
Thus, sick leave and vacation leave are considered voluntary benefits, while service incentive leave, paternity leave and maternity leave are statutory and mandatory benefits (Persida Acosta)
