Du30 itinalaga si CA Reyes bilang bagong SC Associate Justice
KINUMPIRMA ni Special Assistant to the President (SAP) Christopher “Bong” Go ang pagtatalaga ni Pangulong Duterte kay Court of Appeals (CA) Associate Justice Jose Reyes bilang bagong Associate Justice ng Korte Suprema.
“Jose Reyes new SC justice- oathtaking Monday, August,” sabi ni Go sa isang text message.
Pinirmahan ni Duterte ang appointment paper ni Reyes Agosto 9, 2018.
“Pursuanto to the provisions of existing laws, you are hereby appointed Associate Justice, Supreme Court of the Philippines, vice Presbiyero J. Velasco, Jr,” sabi ni Duterte sa appointment paper ni Reyes.
Nagretiro si Velasco noong Agosto 7, 2018.
Nasa Amerika pa si Reyes.
