Pagasa
UMALIS ang bagyong Ester sa Philippine area of responsibility (PAR), bagamat magdudulot pa rin ng mga pag-ulan, sabi ng Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa)
Sinabi sinabi pa ng state weather bureau na bumilis si Ester at nakaalis na ng PAR ganap na alas-10 ng Sabado.
Patuloy naman itong magdudulot ng mga pag-ulan sa Luzon ngayong araw dahil pinapalakas nito habagat.
Idinagdag ng Pagasa, na kabilang sa uulanin ang Ilocos Region, Cordillera Administrative Region, Batanes, Babuyan Group of Islands, Tarlac, Pampanga, Bataan at Zambales.
Samantala, sa Metro Manila, Calabarzon, Mindoro at iba pang bahagi ng Central Luzon, asahan ang maulap na papawirin at manaka-nakang pag-ulan.
“Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers will also be in effect over Visayas, Mindanao, and the rest of Luzon,” sabi ng Pagasa.
