HINDI lamang mga bus driver ang isasalang ng Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board (LTFRB) sa drug test kundi maging mga driver ng public utility vehicles (PUVs).
Ani LTFRB board member Aileen Lizada, pinag-aaralan na ng ahensya kung paano ito ipapatupad.
“Pag-iisipan ho muna ng board, pag-aaralan paano ito gagawin,” sabi niya.
Nauna nang ipinag-utos ni Pangulong Duterte na isailalim ang mga driver ng bus sa drug test.
“Kasi sa ngayon po hindi pa po mandatory ang drug testing doon sa mga drivers at public utility vehicle drivers. Pag-usapan po ng board ito paano ito gagawin, not only for PUVs but for all drivers as well,” dagdag ni Lizada.
