INAKALA ng mga netizen na si Paolo Ballesteros ang nasa Instagram photo ni Pia Wurtzbach na may caption na: “Who run the world? Girls! #HuaweiP20pro #MetroLovesPia”

Maraming pumuri sa bagong pictorial ni Pia pero may mga nag-comment naman na mukha siyang drag queen at “baklang-bakla” sa kanyang photo shoot.
