Grab bibigyan ng reward ang mga driver base sa kanilang serbisyo

SINABI ng Grab Philippines na bibigyan ng reward ang mga driver base sa kanilang serbisyo bilang bahagi ng kampanya nito para mabawasan ang kanselasyon ng mga booking.

Sa isang briefing, idinagdag ni Grab country marketing head Cindy Toh na target nito na mabawasan ng apat na porsiyento ang kanselasyon ng booking ng mga driver.

“You can expect four percent or less driver cancellations. It’s about 50% reduction — we’re currently at 8%,” sabi ni Toh.

Bahagi ang kampanya ng 100 araw na inisyatiba para mapaganda ang serbisyo nito.

Sinabi ni Toh na hindi naman natatapos sa 100 araw ang kanilang kampanya.

“It’s a continuous journey. It’s a commitment we made today as a company,”

“We mean it when we say ‘We’re listening.’ We want to be better because we’re in that position to be better,” dagdag ni Toh.
