Nadine tinawag na ‘next Vilma Santos’, Vilmanians kumontra

Ronnie Carrasco III - April 07, 2018 - 12:20 AM

PROUD yet silent Vilmanian ang inyong lingkod. Pero kami ang uri ng tagahanga who may get into intense debates kontra sa mga non-Vilmanians without laying a hand on them.

Hindi rin kami ang tipo ng Vilmanian na umaga pa lang ay pipila na sa first day ng showing ng pelikula ni Ate Vi, neither are we the kind of fan who will stalk our idol kung nasaan man ang kanyang shooting o taping bitbit ang kanyang picture to have it signed.

But we love, if not deify Ate Vi. We adore almost all of her movies yet buhay rin ang aming pagiging kritiko kung ‘di kagandahan ang pelikula niya.

No apologies, pero nao-OA-n kami sa ilang kapwa namin Vilmanians whose behavior probably escapes their idol’s awareness or knowledge. For sure, hindi ‘yon nagugustuhan mismo ni Ate Vi who disciplines her fans dahil alam niya that whatever they do or say is reflective of her.

Naaawa lang kasi kami kay Nadine Lustre who appears to have committed the most unpardonable crime samantalang ang tingin lang naman sa kanya—via her mature role—ay “the next Vilma Santos.”
Hindi ‘yon galing kay Nadine, such is a third person reference na pinalagan agad ng ilang (we repeat, ilan) Vilmanians.

Bakit si Nadine ang bi-nubuweltahan nila, bakit hindi ang nagsabing she’s touted to be the next Ate Vi? Kesyo maraming bigas pa raw ang kakainin ni Nadine bago lumevel kay Ate Vi, just how sure are they na “alipin ng unli rice” si Nadine?

Ayaw ni Sen. Cynthia Villar ng ganyan. Lalong ayaw ng NFA rice shortage!

No offense meant sa ilang kabarong Vilmanians—to begin with—ay tanungin muna nila kung flattered ba si Nadine by such reference. Baka nga wala pa sa mga daliri ng kamay ni Nadine ang bilang ng mga Vilma Santos movies ang napanood niya, ‘no!
