We coordinated with our SSS Bacolod regarding your query. Upon evaluation of your claim, our Bacolod branch said that you are entitled to an adjustment in your pension.
The recomputation of your pension is currently under process. You may call our Call Center Nos at 9206446 to 55 or email us at [email protected] to follow up the approval of your pension adjustment.
