IPINALABAS ng Caloocan Regional Trial Court Branch 125 ang pag-aresto sa tatlong pulis na nauna nang kinasuhan ng murder dahil sa pagpatay sa 17-anyos na si Kian Loyd delos Santos.
Kabilang sa mga pinaaaresto ay sina Police Officer 3 (PO3) Arnel Oares, PO1 Jeremias Pereda at PO1 Jerwin Cruz at ang police asset na si Renato Loveraz alyas “Nonong.”
Bukod sa murder, kinasuhan din ang apat ng plnating of evidence.
