Gusot sa Dev’t Academy of the Philippines pinaiimbestigahan ng Malacanang

NANAWAGAN ang mga empleyado ng Development Academy of the Philippines kay Pangulong Duterte na sibakin ang kanilang presidente na si Elba Cruz na marami umanong kuwestyunableng aksyon.
Ayon kay Gerald Cruz, pangulo ng DAP Personnel Association, maraming empleyado ang dismayado sa ginagawa ni Elba sa ahensya.
Ikinatuwa naman ng DAPPER ang pahayag ni Presidential spokesperson Harry Roque na iimbestigahan ang ireguaridad sa DAP.
“In light of such investigation, the employees expressed their fervent hope that DAP President Elba S. Cruz, their subject of complaint, will be immediately removed to allow for an unrestricted, free investigation, saying that she and her allies are now trying to cover their tracks and turn the tables on the employees through harassment and other covert actions,” saad ng pahayag ng DAPPER.
Ayon kay Gerald mayroong mga ipinasok na empleyado si Elba sa mga posisyon na dapat ay hawak ng mga career employees.
“Emmanuel Silan, who introduces himself as HR Director of the DAP and who has been designated by Atty. Cruz as her point person regarding internal processes, is actually not knowledgeable, qualified nor authorized to speak about the subject as he does not have any appointment yet.”
Si Silan ay dalawang buwan pa lamang umano sa DAP bilang service contractor.
“There are existing officials of the DAP designated by Atty. Cruz who have been exercising their functions without a permanent appointment, like Fabian Go as Senior Vice President for Resource Administration, Atty. Crisostomo Uribe as Chief Legal Counsel, former Senator Orly Mercado as Chancellor, a new position created for him to give way to another Cruz man who assumed the Graduate School’s Deanship, and many more, and they have been performing oversight functions over permanent Civil Service Commission-appointed career personnel.”
Sinabi pa ni Gerald na pinagbabantaan ni Elba ang mga empleyado na tutol sa kanyang pamamalakad gayundin ang mga pumirma sa petisyon laban sa kanya.
“Her managers have been interrogating their respective staffs and issuing veiled threats that any non-permanent appointee who has signed the petition faces the prospect of not being renewed when his or her contract expires.”
Mayroon din umanong pagtatangka na patahimikin ang kanilang hanay matapos silang magsagawa ng press conference noong Lunes.

Hinihintay ng Bandera ang pahayag ng kampo ng pangulo ng DAP.
