Imbestigasyon ipinag-utos vs Aquino, 2 pa kaugnay ng DAP

- November 24, 2017 - 03:36 PM

INATASAN ni Justice Secretary Vitaliano Aguirre II ang National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) na imbestigahan si dating pangulong Benigno Aquino III at dalawang iba pang dating opisyal kaugnay ng umano’y kuwestiyonableng paggamit ng Disbursement Acceleration Program (DAP) noong kanyang termino.

“The NBI, through Director Dante A. Gierran, is hereby directed and granted authority to investigate the complaint filed by Coalition for Investigation and Prosecution represented by Greco Belgica, et al. against former President Benigno Aquino III et al. for malversation,”sabi ni Aguirre sa ipinalabas na Department Order 749 kahapon.

Inquirer.net
