ISANG makulay na selebrasyon ang magaganap ngayong Disyembre, as Quezon City hosts the most anticipated Pride March of the year.

May temang “Pride in QC: Safe And Free”, ang taunang LGBT event na ito ay magaganap sa Dec. 9, sa kahabaan ng Tomas Morato, Quezon City which will feature the pride and diversity of Pinoy Lesbians, Gays, Bisexulas and Transgender community.

She said, QCPC was constituted to oversee the integration of all city programs and projects for the LGBT community.

Created by Mayor Herbert thru an office order, was formally launched March 25, 2013 to highlight the city government’s continuing support for the implementation and enforcement of gender-based policies, programs and activities.

To mobilize LGBT communities, groups, clans, organizations and associations within Quezon City to stage LGBT related events. Encourage LGBT friendly business and investors to invest in Quezon City to the Pink Peso market concept.

“And raise resources for formation of the Quezon City LGBT Center under the QCPC Foundation.”
