TULAD ni Bb. Pilipinas International Mariel de Leon, bigo rin ang bet ng Pilipinas sa kata-tapos lang na Miss World 2017 beauty pageant na ginanap sa Sanya, China.
The grand coronation night was hosted by our very own Miss World 2013 Megan Young.
Umabot sa Top 40 si Miss World Philippines 2017 Laura Lehmann ngunit hindi na siya pinalad na makapasok sa Top 15.
Kinoronahang Miss World 2017 si Miss India Manushi Chhillar na kitang-kita ang pagkabigla nang tawagin ang kanyang pangalan bilang pinakamagandang babae sa buong mundo ngayong taon.
Waging 1st Princess si Andrea Meza ng Mexico habang 2nd Princess naman si Stephanie Hill mula sa England. Mahigit 100 kandidata mula sa iba’t ibang bahagi ng mundo ang rumampa sa Miss World 2017 pageant.
Ang mga nakapasok sa Top 15 bukod nga kay Miss India ay sina Miss Mongolia (People’s Choice Winner) Enkhjin Tseveendash, Miss Russia Polina Popova, Miss Indonesia Achintya Holte Nilsen, Miss El Salvador Fatima Cuellar, Miss Korea Ha-eun Kim, Miss Nigeria Ugochi Ihezue, Miss South Africa Adè van Heerden, Miss Japan Haruka Yamashita, Miss Mexico Andrea Meza, Miss France Aurore Kichenin, Miss England Stephanie Hill, Miss Kenya Magline Jeruto, Miss Jamaica Solange Sinclair at Miss China Guan Siyu.
