GLAD that we’re able to watch “100 Tula Para Kay Stella” starring JC Santos as Fidel and Bela Padilla as Stella.
Directed and written by John Paul Laxamana, the movie is what rom-coms should be all about – plain and simple, tagos sa puso and natural.
JC and Bella breathed life to Fidel and Stella characters witch characteristic aplomb. They portrayed their characters so naturally that you will definitely relate to them.
JC owned his Fidel character. He was believable as a torpe guy who has a speech defect na na-in love sa classmate niyang si Stella at idinaan sa tula ang kanyang pag-ibig. Kay husay niya at talagang mapapamura ka sa kanyang kagalingan.
Bella as a singer wannabe bordering on being a user displayed her thespic talent to the hilt. She’s perfect for the role at talagang natural lahat ng kanyang delivery – from acting to mouthing lines.
Jason Paul Laxama’s a genius. Mapapa-wow ka sa execution niya ng mga eksena – simple pero rock!!! Go watch the movie as it opens today and fall in love again!!!
