Niyanig ng lindol na may lakas na magnitude 4.7 ang Ilocos Sur kaninang umaga.
Ayon sa Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology naramdaman ang lindol alas-4:37 ng umaga.
Ang sentro nito ay natunton 51 kilometro sa kanluran ng bayan ng Santa Catalina. May lalim itong 29 kilometro at sanhi ng paggalaw ng tectonic plate sa lugar.
Nagdulot ito ng Intensity II paggalaw sa Vigan City.
Naramdaman naman ng mga instrumento ng Phivolcs ang Intensity III sa bayan ng Sinait at Intensity I sa Pasuquin, Ilocos Norte.
