Batanes niyanig ng lindol

Niyanig ng lindol na may lakas na magnitude 3.4 ang Batanes kaninang tanghali. Ayon sa Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology naramdaman ang lindol alas-12:52 ng hapon. Ang sentro ng lindol ay dalawang kilometro sa silangan ng bayan ng Uyugan at may lalim na 31 kilometro. Ang lindol ay sanhi ng paggalaw ng tectonic plate sa lugar. Nagresulta ito sa paggalaw na may lakas na Intensity II sa Uyugan at Ivana, Batanes. Intensity I naman sa Mahatao at Basco.
