Gulo sa PH volleyball iimbestigahan ng FIVB

Angelito Oredo - October 24, 2016 - 01:00 AM

“First, the FIVB would like to stress that the regulatory framework governing the procedure is the FIVB Constitution, the FIVB General Regulations and FIVB Disciplinary Regulations, and the Olympic Charter. The exact composition of the Commission will be announced shortly after the first meeting of the FIVB Board of Administration in December 2016,” ayon sa sulat ni Azevedo.

To understand the decision making process which led the Philippine Olympic Committee to withdraw recognition to the Philippine Volleyball Federation, (b) To verify the existence and/or status of legal proceedings (if any) between the PVF, LVPI and the POC, at (c) To make a recommendation for decision to the 36th FIVB World Congress to be held in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic in 2018.

“The resolution to the case could certainly come much earlier than 2018 when all arguments and evidences against the illegal actions committed by the LVPI and POC have been presented to the investigating FIVB Commission,” sabi lamang sa Facebook page ni PVF secretary-general Gerard Cantada.
