Balita kasing dalawa sa mga pelikula nito noon sa Regal Films ay gagawan ng TV adaptation ng GMA, one of which has already begun taping.
But how we wish na ganap sana ang kanilang kasiyahan as it would only come upon kung mismong ang Diamond Star na siyempre ang may ipalalabas na teleserye, and not the classic films she has starred in.
July, 2014 pa kasi noong huling mapanood si Marya sa GMA, sa Ang Dalawang Mrs. Real. Two years have gone by, pero hindi na ‘yon nasundan. And if we were privy to the reason why, posibleng may kinalaman ‘yon sa work ethic ng iniidolo rin naming aktres.
Without going into specifics, nakapanghihinayang na ang isang tulad ni Maricel Soriano—whose thespic brilliance hasn’t diminished—seems to be in the semi-retirement phase of her career.
