My concern is about the Philhealth of my children. They are 14 and 12 years old. My former husband told me that he declared my children to be his dependents in Philhealth. But I also declared them which showed in my MDR. Is it possible to have double declaration? Or my husband is just saying me this? Please enlighten me about the declaration of dependents in Philhealth. Thanks and God bless.
