Lea proud na proud sa pagkasali ni Esang sa ‘Les Mis’

SIYEMPRE, proud na proud si Lea Salonga sa pagkakasali ng kanyang alaga sa The Voice Kids season 2 na si Esang de Torres na maswerteng natanggap sa world-renowned musical show na “Les Miserables”. Siya ang gaganap na batang Cosette sa Manila leg nito.

Sabi ng bagets sa isang interview, “Nagpapasalamat po ako kay Lord kasi po dahil po sa Kanya meron po akong talent. Ang saya po ng experience sa ‘Les Miserables’ kasi po marami po akong na-meet na mga foreigners tapos nano-nosebleed na nga po ako eh, nage-English po sila, pero ang saya-saya ko po dahil ang dami ko na pong na-meet don. Marami na po akong nakalaro at tsaka hindi lang po singing, acting din po ‘yun po.”

Excited na rin ang bagets sa pagpunta sa Singapore this coming Friday para doon naman mag-perform, “Ang saya-saya ko po kasi first time ko pong kumanta sa ibang bansa. Nakapunta na po ako sa iba pero first time ko pong pumunta sa ibang bansa kasama ‘yung ‘Les Miserables.’”

Sey naman ni coach Lea, “You have no idea how proud I am of that child. And now she’s off and heading to Singapore to be part of the Asian touring production and it’s a wonderful production same as here in Manila and now let’s see what happens.

“I’m still flabbergasted and the production team has said she’s wonderfully talented, ‘we love having her in the company’ and I’m just like you have no idea how proud I am of that kid, she’s really talented, she’s really special,” ani Lea.
