DINAKIP ang isa umanong terorista na idinadawit sa tangkang pagdukot sa Pre-sidential sister na si Kris Aquino at paglulunsad ng bomb attacks sa Maynila.
Nakilala ang suspek na si Reynaldo Vasquez Ilao, ng Block 5, Lot 42, Zenia st., Elvinda Village, Brgy. Nueva, San Pedro, Laguna.
Nasakote si Ilao noong Abril 26 sa operasyon ng Criminal Investigation and Detection Group at Intelligence Service ng Armed Forces of the Philippines.
Kabilang sa mga nasabat kay Ilao ang isang .45-kalibre pistola at isang granada.
Si Ilao ay miyembro umano ng grupo ni Rajah Sulayman Movement leader Mikhail Abrera alyas Abdul Asiz, na naaresto naman ng mga otoridad sa isang checkpoint sa Zamboanga City noong Abril 16.
Nauna nang isiniwalat ni Pangulong Noynoy Aquino na mayroonng bantang dukutin si Kris o isa sa mga anak nito, maging si Saranggani Rep. at Filipino Boxing Icon Manny Pacquiao.
