10 Indonesian na dinukot ng Abu pinalaya na; P50M ibinayad na ransom?

PINALAYA na ang 10 Indonesian national na dinukot ng mga teroristang Abu Sayyaf sa Sulu kahapon ng tanghali.
Kinumpirma ni Supt. Wilfredo Cayat, police chief ng Sulu na pinalaya na ang 10 Indonesian, bagamat hindi pa nagbigay ng mga detalye.

“We were informed there were anonymous people who dropped the Indonesians just in front of the house of Sulu Governor (Abdusakur) Toto Tan (II),” sabi ni Cayat.
Idinagdag ni Cayat na pawang mga crew ang mga biktima ng isang tugboat.
“They were brought inside, they were fed. Governor Tan called me and they turned over the 10 to our custody. We are preparing now to bring the 10 to Zamboanga and turn them to their consular official,” dagdag ni Cayat.
Dinukot ang mga biktima sa karagatan ng Sulu noong Marso 28.
Nauna nang pinangalanan ng mga pulis ang mga dinukot na mga crew na sina Peter Tonson, Julian Philip, Alvian Elvis Peti, Mahmud, Surian Syah, Surianto, Wawan Saputria, Bayu Oktavianto, Reynaldi at Wendi Raknadian.
Ngunit ayon sa isang source, nagbayad ng P50 milyon kapalit ng kalayaan ng mga biktima.
“They were supposed to be freed between Friday and Saturday somewhere in Luuk town,” sabi ng source.
