AlDub fans galit na galit, kapalpakan ng magazine inireklamo

AlDub fans were fuming mad over a glossy magazine’s feature on Maine Mendoza and JoWaPao for its February issue. Inisa-isa ng isang website ang perceived kapalpakan sa write-up.

First, tinawag si Alden Richards as C-Lister. Second, nasa cover din sina Jose Manalo, Wally Bayola at Paolo Ballesteros (JoWaPao) pero wala namang article sa kanila. At higit sa lahat, the magazine featured Maine in a sarcastic way.

Fans were SEETHING with anger nang masulat sa magazine na Maine was “wobbling” nang ginawa na ang final layout. Wala rin daw spark ang mga mata nito. Nasulat din sa magazine na Maine arrived to the photoshoot three hours late, something which INCENSED her fans.

Say pa ng writer, nabigyan siya ng “ample time to talk to everyone associated with Maine, except Maine herself”. Hindi raw maitago ng ngiti ni Maine ang matinding pagod with her “eyes droopy and skin sagging”.

We think that the article was the most honest, unforgiving and smacks reality on Maine’s fans’ collective faces.

Ang gusto pala ng AlDub fans ay palabasing blemish-free ang idol nila, ipakitang on time ito nakarating kahit hindi naman at straight itong mag-pose kahit na shaky na ang katawan nito at kinailangan pa siyang i-guide sa pag-pose.

Having read the parts of the article with underlined phrases deemed nakakasira sa image ni Maine made us feel sorry for the AlDub fans. Hindi sila marunong tumanggap ng katotohanan. They are afraid to accept things about their idol.

That said, we LAUD the magazine for its honest and detailed account on what happened when they shoot the country’s most popular TV star. The articles REEKS of reality, something that Maine’s fans are not ready to accept.
