SET pinal nang magdedesisyon sa disqualification case vs Poe ngayong linggo

NAKATAKDANG maglabas ang Senate Electoral Tribunal (SET) ng pinal na desisyon ngayong linggo kaugnay ng petisyon na kumukuwestiyon sa citizenship ni Sen. Grace Poe, ayon kay Sen. Vicente “Tito” Sotto III kahapon.
Sinabi ni Sotto na nakatakdang magpulong ang SET sa Disyembre 3 kaugnay ng motion for reconsideration na inihain ni Rizalito David.
Isa si Sotto sa limang mga senador na miyembro ng SET na bumito para ibasura ang petisyon ni David na naglalayong matanggal si Poe sa kanyang puwesto sa Senado dahil sa kanyang hindi pagiging natural-born Filipino.
Bukod kay Sotto, bumoto rin sina Sen. Loren Legarda; Cynthia Villar; Pia Cayetano; at Bam Aquino laban sa petisyon ni David.
Idinagdag ni Sotto na duda siya na magbabago pa ang desisyon ng SET.
